Welcome to our Cranston Location! Open since 1999, our Cranston location provides many dancers from all over R.I. with a place to call their own. We continue to offer a personal, fun, organized and educational experience for our dancers and their families.
Our Cranston studio is newly renovated and equipped with two large dance rooms garnished with mahogany hard wood floors, a large reception area with multiple observation windows, a dancewear boutique filled with all of the latest dance fashions and trends, and a wonderful atmosphere. Our staff is friendly and professional.

2008-2009 CRANSTON LOCATION SCHEDULE:
CREATIVE MOVEMENT: Ages 18 mths- 2 (Mommy/Daddy & Me)
This class is 30 minutes long and allows children to participate in fun musical expression. Through dance, music, repetition, imagry, and animation, children work on their gross motor skills. Through organized class structure, children learn how to be patient, take turns, and follow the leader. Although it starts off with mommy or daddy, the goal of this level it to be able to participate in the entire class without their parents. When a child seems ready,we will recommend that she or he be moved into a Pre-Tiny Toes class.

PRE-TINY TOES (Ages 2)
This class is 45 minutes long and teaches the children 20 minutes of Pre-Ballet and 20 Minutes of Pre-Tap.
This class combines Creative Movement with Dance, preparing our students to be ready for Tiny Toes.
In this class, dancers will learn Ballet and Tap terminology that is appropriate for their age. They will work on their gross motor skills, and memorization skills. Class discipline promotes the growth of patience, leadership, taking turns, listening, and engaging in class conversation.
Our staff is nurturing as we watch these tiny dancers learn and grow.

TINY TOES: (ages 3&4)
This class is 1 hour long and teaches the children 30 minutes of Ballet and 30 Minutes of Tap.
In this class, dancers will learn Ballet and Tap terminolgy that is appropriate for their age. They will participate in Barre Work, Center Work, Follow Alongs, Corner Work and Variations.
Creative Dance Games help to instill lessons and terminology that are taught throughout the class.
Self esteem and positive self concept grow as they mature and are able to do more and more every week.
Our staff is nurturing and patient as these budding ballerinas explore and grow.

SMALL FRIES: (ages 5 & 6)
This class is 1 hour long and teaches the children 30 minutes of Ballet and 30 Minutes of Tap.
In this class, dancers will learn Ballet and Tap terminolgy that is appropriate for their age. They will participate in Barre Work, Center Work, Follow Alongs, Corner Work and Variations.
Creative Dance Games lessen as new dance steps emerge. They will learn at least 10-15 more dance steps in this level than that of Tiny Toes, because their attention span calls for it. They are ready to learn and our nurturing staff is ready to teach!

PRE-JUNIORS: ( ages 7 & 8 ):
This level is a 1 and 1/2 hour class that meets once a week. 30 minutes of Ballet, 30 minutes of Tap, and 30 minutes of Jazz are taught. In this class, dancers will learn Ballet,Tap, and Jazz terminolgy that is appropriate for their age. They will participate in Barre Work, Center Work, Follow Alongs, Stretching, Corner Work and Variations.Self esteem and positive self concept grow as they mature and are able to do more and more every week.Our staff is nurturing and professional as we challenge these budding performers in a positive way. Hip Hop is also offered at this age. We offer an age appropriate style of Hip Hop for this age that our dancers and their parents enjoy.

This level is a 2 hour class that meets once a week. 40 minutes of Ballet, 40 minutes of Tap, and 40 minutes of Jazz are taught. In this class, dancers will learn Ballet,Tap, and Jazz terminolgy that is appropriate for their age and ability. They will participate in Barre Work, Center Work, Follow Alongs, Stretching, Corner Work and Variations. Self esteem and positive self concept grow as they mature and are able to do more and more every week. Our staff is nurturing and professional as we challenge these maturing performers in a positive way. Hip Hop and Lyrical are also offered at this age. We offer an age appropriate style of Hip Hop for this age that our dancers and their parents both enjoy. Ballet must also be taken in order to enroll in Lyrical.

SENIORS (ages 16- Adult) ADVANCED
Advanced dancers that range from age 16 - adult are welcome to take any of the following classes. This level is for dancers with many years experience. It is a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere. This level learns advanced steps, leaps, and turns.

ADULTS & COLLEGE STUDENTS: (18 & up Intermediate)
Adults who have never danced before or who have but haven't dance in awhile or dancers who need a refresher fall into this catagory. It is a great level for exercise and pure enjoyment. All of these classes are fun and non-intimidating. The following classes are available to you at either of our two locations. There is a discounted rate as statd below. All adult classes will run for 8 weeks at a time, at which time we will evaluate whether to continue or not depending upon enrollment and attendance.
